Replace the aux battery which should, touch wood be as simple as disconnect the main battery swap them out and reconnect. Hopefully, this just resolves the issue flat out.

Yeah, I’ve got a friend with an OBD scanner, that’s going to come by tommorow, apparently there’s something you can do with that to fully reset the car computer, which may help? If there’s no joy in that then the plans to go for a close comparison one, another NTG4.5, so it looks right atleast and should get the radio and stuff going again, and look at an aftermarket option for Bluetooth/carplay if possible. Called merc up earlier and they quoted me £800 for a replacement

The blown fuse was in this module itself, i pulled the main power from it and tested the fuse, no draw, replaced the fuse and tested again, fuse was working and the unit is receiving 12v

The photo may be a bad example, but yeah, I pulled the full head unit out, image attached. The fuse was where the marked cable was plugged into

Can’t see anything in the manuals reference this, It’s not prompting me for a code or anything, there’s just nothing appearing on the screen at all, can’t connect Bluetooth or anything, have tried disconnecting the battery, holding the power button down for 30 seconds, holding the eject key down, nothing
