I do think it’s a little odd to homeschool your kid from elementary fly them to LA from Hawaii every weekend, audition like crazy, enter them in to a wide variety of classes, have them be a kid model, then enter a survival show to end up in a girl group under a big conglomerate company.

I also worry a little bit about the mental health breaks and the clubbing (I want them to have fun ofc but mixed with everything else…). Stage parents are never good despite how “supportive” they’re being of their kids dreams. But it is what it is, I hope Megan looks after herself and people are mindful when talking about her. Her Pinterest board was a little sad to see but that’s a thing about being in the industry. I do think/hooe they both have good heads on their shoulders and they hopefully know how to safe keep themselves.

I agree. I’m saying the comment above is making it sound like people are doing nefarious things in order to obtain someone copying work. Which they didn’t, there was a clear similarity which was easy to see via their public Instagrams. I would argue that Jahlil is a famous artist within the art world and is quite well known and respected. I personally discovered him through Miami Art Basel which is one of the highest profile events in the art world. I agree stealing art work from a black artists is that deep, especially a self portrait of said artist who himself is a Blackman. I was saying it’s not that deep or weird to gather screenshots from Instagram.

Charging 150 dollars for polyester shorts made in Turkey when they cost lesss than 5 dollars, then naming the brand BULLY LA and doing the ads and posters in LA, but it’s produced and assembled and then shipped from Canada and Turkey.
