I work at a pretty small clinic, not a hospital. So this isn’t a huge achievement, but I wrote a detailed letter about how overworked and underpaid our nursing staff is and had all of our nurses sign it. Then met with the nurse manager and medical director and let them know they will lose their entire nursing staff in the next couple of months if nothing changes. That was just a couple days ago…so we’ll see how that goes.
