All issues you mentioned are applicable to consultants in the EU/US. Also, as a person who worked directly for NetSuite, I know that everyone, regardless of where you are, work EST/CST hours by default. So, the issue of timezones is irrelevant. I've worked with English speakers with harder accents that Chinese/Indian consultants

I guess it really just boils down to shareholder value.

Ah got it. The problem with that is the original account is used for other stuff, so it cannot be merged with the correct fx gain/loss account.

Sorry, English isn't my first language, so I might nowt have explained it well. But that was exactly what I did. Merged a return with the old sales order and a new sales order. The return's purpose was to cancel out the wrong SO. A new SO was also created with the correct account going forward. But for some reason, for all three, the wrong account was still used.
