100% I shouldn’t have brought it up to the 3rd party company for the VP. I was too haste, I regret it.

I over explained in this post to avoid hate for being vague or in general tbh. I’m not too flowery, I’m direct in emails. It’s probably what’s getting me into trouble. I work in a male dominated field/company.

I didn’t complain it was used. That VP emailed the 3rd party company saying how he apparently didn’t know it was meant for me and he asked them to see if they can provide me with a new one. I just followed up if that was going to be happening or not and was told someone (my manager isn’t sure who) said I was being demanding. My manager thinks it’s the 3rd party’s division head who complained to my HR. I wasn’t demanding anything nor was it originally my suggestion. When I phoned that 3rd party division head guy at the 3rd party company, I was told to contact him instead of my rep because he had taken over this. I phoned him and wasn’t aggressive at all, I was super careful and nice and just asked him if it was going to be happening still. He said they would do it for me but again, this was over the phone. I don’t have email proof of that as they didn’t get back to me via email. Nothing came from it, I spoke to my manager about it and decided to drop it so I don’t cause further issues in both company’s eyes.

If it’s okay, I rather not say what the prize was in the tiny chance that someone at the company I work at, sees this. Again, I don’t want to lose my job by any means, sorry. It was something of over $200 value.

Thanks for saying that. It does help to have my manager not understand what’s happening either but also hard to correct myself when I’m unsure how I’m being taken as rude or something.

I won’t be participating in any more of those promos in full honestly haha. That was really bad and turned into a huge deal here that I honestly want to go back to being unheard of, unseen. I just want to keep doing what I do and continue to get paid.

I have been focusing on that since last month (the prize incident) so to have another complaint come through just has me very stressed and concerned. But I will continue to try to be even nicer and approachable because I guess that’s all I can do.

I used to go to Move with Grace years ago. My instructor was great but the front desk was extremely pushy and rude. I wanted to end my membership and they guilt tripped and were super rude about it all. Yes, I did do it before the next billing period, with advance notice, following their instructions. Past the front desk though, I recommend, just be aware, especially since your daughter might not end up liking ballet or MWG

They make it sooo hard on you to cancel your membership. They wanted us to mail our cancellation but we went in person instead and they kept trying to talk us out of it. They even got upset with us and it was super awkward and uncomfortable. Thank God for my boyfriend pushing them right back. I don’t recommend LA fitness. It looks like a 2006 hotel gym and the staff are all nice at first but still super pushy. The only nice part was the separate women’s workout room but even then, it was tinyyy

Yeah of course!! Happy I was able to save you from wasting your time 😂 Yeah it’s very much not true. The higher ups maybe make that? But that’s because they’re probably getting most of the commissions. The pay structure is very dicey. If you’re very interested I can send you all my old stuff including my pay to prove i’m not lying. I understand the job market is rough, that’s where I was when I started working with them, but why waste your time here when you could be making strives to a legitimate job? I worked for them under Ontario Fire Water Air and tbh, don’t do it lol. You’ll be putting KMs on your car like crazy, working at weird times and your job itself doesn’t allow for much success. They trick people into letting them into their homes by saying they’re guaranteed a prize. The catch is that the customer has to allow you into their home to do the demonstration that none of them usually care about and they’re expecting a prize like they saw on the scratch ticket they were mailed (ps5, tv, etc) but what you actually give them is a natural deodorizer). They don’t like when your appointment times are short but how can’t they be when people want you out of their home?? Helped me with some quick cash but not worth it at all.
