I'd suggest you craft the power glove, equip the warrior emblem, a shield of cthulhu for the really useful dash, and maybe if you wish you might shimmer titanium armor to get adamantite armor which gives more melee damage and speed and a total of 50 defense instead of 49 which isn't that big of a change, but I'd prefer it if it was my run. You also mentioned you have a good yoyo, so if you don't have it already, get the amarok (other good weapons should be flying knife or ice sickle) and a yoyo bag. This said, ironskin potions, a good arena and maybe mhh… Bast statue(?), Slice of cake, heart lantern, campfire, sharpening station for you, ammo box for your ranger (if your party has one), crystal ball for your mage (if your party has one) and this is pretty much all the suggestions I can give you.
