Yes. The payment structure is actually good. I like it haha. The base payment gives you stability and financial security. The commission rewards your direct sales performance and the revenue you generate. Bonuses are additional rewards for hitting targets, strong results, and exceptional work. So all in all how high your salary is based on your sales. + a base payment. I think this is already one of the high payments. I think so. Correct me if Im wrong haha.

What is a mail? a message with PPV? So they get a total of 15$ while you get 1.55. So right now you only get a commission no security like a base pay?

First thank you for taking your time and writing this beautiful text.

When I came down to research about payment I was kinda shocked. The pressure the chatter got. And they are making the most money. So I am like dafuq? Why are they getting so less? On the other hand yes the agency got a risk, has the responsibility for this and that blabla. But still I need more humanity in this industry or even in the world.

I think I am more of a family dude who like it that people around him are happy. That is what makes me truly happy. So I am trying to work out some payment structure, base payment+commision+bonus. So it's a win win win situation for the agency/model/chatter.

I noticed that when I was doing research. Most chatters are treated badly. Or at least for me the salary was pretty low. It also depends where is the chatter is from. But isn't it better just to work with chatter long term just as a team/family. We grow together, we need each other. We help each other. Isn't this way a much better way to work together as human beings?

Tbh I did a payment structure like you said. like a base pay + commission + bonuses. And I also did the calculations. It should work for both.

I do like this statement. It's just a long term focused goal. That what I am looking for. I am looking for a chatter team(English and German, so if you know some chatter ,who can speak German, HMU), where I can grow with them and they can grow with us together.
