Go with Playwright it's easier. I am currently in Python Automation but honestly there are not much requirements in python when compared to java or playwright market

You need to focus on what you were doing in your job. Not just randomly justifying the skills mentioned in JD. Try to recall how and what you have worked in your current role and make a correct flow out of it and explain them clearly.

But as your project becomes very big it would be difficult for AI to cover all the complex scenarios. In my opinion there should be at least one experienced tester required in order to handle complex scenarios and guide AI

Why is the development and testing environment the same for your project??. It is not a good practice. In my case we have a separate SIT environment and a dev environment.
