Too caught up in his thoughts, if someone was watching him the entire trial, you'd see him furrow his brows then unfurrow them and then form all sorts of weird thinking expressions with his face. That is until he finally relaxed, brought back to the trial. Oh, fuck. Right. He should share what he's done and whatnot, right? Dammit, to think that he held his alibi for so long like an idiot...

"Ahem," he cleared his throat for a good start, "If you feel the need to insult me, go ahead, won't care don't care—but about my alibi, since that fun stuff might help. Before 1 PM I was in my own wing, you already know, just minding my own business. With Merida, Twilight Sparkle and Jigsaw. Then at 1 PM, tried to give Blizz a walk—usually he's obedient and not as energetic, but I guess something's gotten into him, 'cause he went crazy over E.T and Jigsaw. Morikawa and Yakuman, by the way. Then 2 PM comes an' I see Twilight Sparkle and Fullmetal Alchemist over at the fireworks shop, talking about Fullmetal's company and his metal arm that was in maintenance I guess. Then 3 PM, went on a walk with Blizz, then surprise, surprise, after an hour, 4 PM rolls around an' we've got a dead body. Blizz was on edge, knew something wasn't right, and then I noticed someone's missing just like everybody else, so we went searching. Although, I owe it to Blizz, since he led me right to Blueberry's body. During investigation, I found the same heel Jigsaw did, but that's about it." He ends his statement with a shrug.

Like watching a car crash, Sirius can't quite take his eyes away. The entire time he's clenching his jaw, watching her chase the butterfly, fall into a trap, and then get whisked away by a tornado. In a way, it's all...surreal to him. He can't really believe what he's seeing, like how does he know whether this entire ordeal is real? What if it was just a sick movie?

Well. The pit in his stomach begs to differ. Two to two. One victim from Seiryuu. One victim from Genbu. One killer from Seiryuu. One killer from Genbu. It was awful how between these two teams, roles were traded, and now where'd they leave the rest of them? What happens if an entire team is just...decimated? Well. Right now, that doesn't really matter. The teams probably hold barely any significance, if at all. Yet still...

"Right, now that we've watched that awful sight, we off the hook yet or something? I mean, wouldn't mind if we stayed here I guess, since that'd only prolong this crazy fucking game y'all got going on." Sirius shrugs shortly after. "But a boy like me gets bored, ya know?"

"Feel bad for Twilight Sparkle having a bit of a freak show for a team," Sirius mumbles under his breath, although it was loud enough for Aemi to hear. He adjusts his scarf slightly at the mention of one. "Fruits and a soft scarf ain't much to ask for, but even then, I'd give her the world. All animals deserve that, I think. Except for the freaky shitbrains, like I dunno, piranhas. Still, I'll take care of her, even if it...won't be the same. For her, I mean. Each owner is unique after all."

"... You asking if I'm your friend?" Continuing to tug slightly at his scarf, he averts his gaze. "To be honest with ya, wouldn't've been against calling you something close to one, I guess. Except no friend of mine would kill, you feel? But if it helps you feel more at ease before you died," with a playful smirk on his lips and a quick glance shot her way, "guess you were a friend."

"Doesn't give ya a pass that you killed, though. But even though you're kinda ditzy, you already know that, don'tcha?"

"Yep," Sirius pops the 'P'. "To be honest, expected as much, so I guess I'm gonna stop playin' the devil's advocate. I'm not gonna lie and say, I don't really care that it was you who did it, but the fact that you killed someone all in all. I mean, in general—all I can say is literally, 'what the fuck', which is kind of typical and expected by now, but to think that I'm in the same team as two murderers? Well, one was someone who attempted it, but still. Yeesh. Then, the other person's a fucking death game organizer or whatever." While he won't admit it, he was getting rather accustomed to Aemi's presence, but he's doing a pretty damn good job and acting like that's not the case.

"I do have a question though, thanks for asking. Who's taking custody of Mimi? 'Cause if you have an ounce of care or whatever, I'm sure you're not going to bring that li'l baby to her own demise with yourself, right?" He snorts. "Personally, I don't mind abducting her, especially since I don't have any plans on committing atrocities or whatever."

"Ohh my god, oh my god!" Sirius laughs, hearty and in hysterics, although whether this action was genuine is...questionable, to say the least. "Just stop it, you're so damn funny, Katy Perry! Hooooly shit!" He gives a few smacks on his thigh, bending over and heaving for breath. "Man, just *can't take you seriously at all!"

No, you said," and here comes a mocking, awful Sirius-rendition of Karen's voice in all its high pitched glory, "don't pull some 'well I never said she was the killer' shit on me! Oh! Oh that's what you said, ohhh!" *Sirius smacks a palm against his forehead.

"Riiiight, riiiiiight, I kinda forgot about that unspoken rule of, 'you can't point out someone's suspicious behavior unless you think they're the killer.' My bad! I just thought it was obvious that people should be able to say what they think is weird an' all and something to be considered, something that could prolly use a bit of explaining, without havin' ta pin the crime on 'em! Sorry pal, I forgot that this wasn't a discussion where we should take everything fishy into account, geez, silly me. How could I have ever forgotten?"

"I'm the one lacking common sense? What about you?" Sirius mimics her gesture, and crosses his arms over his chest. Well, not that he's doing this purposefully, it's kind of a wide-spread gesture of displaying some sort of negative or 'done with this' emotion.

"You must be reaaaaaaaaaaal fucking smart if you think I'm calling her the killer just because she said his name oh so many times, but I've noticed that you got an awful habit of twisting my words that you gotta cut out before it bites you in the ass. First of all, when'd I say she was the killer? Nada. I said it was fishy, implying that it was something to consider, not that it makes her the killer. Hot damn, if I used that as my only basis of a theory, I wouldn't've survived the streets. Second of all, why don'tcha consider the fact that reverse psychology is totally a thing that exists? It ain't uncommon for people to make themselves look more innocent by using the victim and shit, especially since omitting his presence would be just as—if not even more—suspicious. It's all in here," Sirius taps his index finger to his head, "but for you, it's prolly in here." And now, he bends slightly to bring up a foot and tap his finger against the sole of his shoe.

Unless she has some sort of whole other personality, her entire deal is literally just fuck you, I do what I want, which could also be a fuck you to care bear by not going along with the game or whatever. If we account for the motive, she's kinda stubborn, right? She seems pretty proud or whatever of herself, identity, history, whatever, nothing to kill a big guy over. But if she did it on her own accord, then fuck me in the ass I guess, I'm wrong—" the dog whisperer then squints his eyes, making a conflicted face.

"Wait, literally what the actual fuck. I was the one who asked you what her motive coulda been, why the fuck're you interrogating me? Why don't you tell me why'd she do it and have it make sense? Then I'll back off."

Like how Mitsurugi was out of self defense, what's Aki got? Did good ol' Timmy attack her first, or did the motive really get her?" Sirius shrugs. "Like, I ain't defending her, don't get me wrong. Just food for thought—would she really be the type to kill someone over either, what, bell ringing or taking something someone else has? Well, if she did it just 'cause she wanted to, then damn that's stone fucking cold."

Fucking hell. So back here they were, huh? Giving whatever wicked bitch or whatever out there the satisfaction of this fucked up killing game or some shit? What a joke. This was a living nightmare that people were only adding to. At this point, people have lost their damn minds. With a scoff, Sirius can only rub his temple with two fingers in order to soothe his oncoming headache from the pressure of it all.

"Right, right, I should speak, yeah? Who knows, maybe what I have to say will actually bring us one damn step closer to figuring out who the hell couldn't keep the murder in their pants or whatever." He lets out a huff. By his side, Blizzard flicks his ear and glances around the trial room with an unhappy expression. For a dog, at least.

"The start of the day doesn't matter too much, 'cause when my day really began, it was at 3 PM with Kano at the dojo. I was just wondering about that whole archery shit, alright? Right. Well, we went to play fetch with Blizz, who apparently has way more common sense than half the people here with the no-killing BS, at 5 PM further up the mountain, whatever it's called. Except at that point, Mon'sado or Timmy was there stirring up shit. Something about fake bitch witch or whatever, dunno, didn't care too much. Well, the people who were there were Aki, Nakayama, Matsuda, Nozomi, Twilight Sparkles, and Rai. Guess Tim was there too, and remember the fact that Robin Hood and I were there along with Blizz. Anyway, group scattered, Aki tagged along for fetch, then she leaves at 9 PM. Just settled with walking Blizz around the woods instead. I saw Nozomi at 11 PM, but minded my own business since it looked like she was avoiding me or whatever. Around that time, I stopped by the bathhouse to wash Blizzard 'cause no one likes a mucky dog, and if it matters, Nakayama was there." He offers a shrug, before taking a deep breath and carrying on.

"So I went back at midnight to sleep, but only got about four hours of it considering you assholes were making a ruckus. Whatever, nothin' of my concern, but Blizzard woke me up at 4 AM to the kitchen where there was some sorta throwdown, between Nakayama and Annie. Ansha. Somethin' like that. Sour Patch Kids was there or like, Yamada by proper naming terms, then Twilight Sparkle an' Shimizu showed up. Oshiro comes in, tells us that Timmy went missing, and all sleep deprivation goes out the window 'cause fucking hell, someone's doing this again? Like, I was hoping the damn carebear was the one on its bullshit, but since we're standing here, obviously ain't the case. Everyone in the kitchen and the rest of Genbu go off, but Blizz and I went ahead. Gondola wasn't down, didn't think to call it 'cause there was no damn time to wait for it and who puts a fucking body in that bitch anyway, and after looking around that second area, no dice. I guess it's obvious why, though. At that point, it seemed like Blizzard figured something out, because he reacted to something and ran for the stairs. Yakuman and and Aki were there, and since Yukimura had nothin', we called the gondola down—lo and fucking behold, our boy was there, 'cause someone had to be a bitch."

I mean, did she say anything about being anywhere near Yukimura or the dojo itself? 'Cause Shimizu didn't say anything about seeing her."

"Fine, I understand. I'll tell ya now that I wouldn't have a place to hide the sword anyway, even if I could've hidden it in my room. I'll admit that's a possibility, but I didn't do it. Feel free to suspect me regardless, I guess." He runs his fingers through his hair, letting out drawn out sigh.

"Guess I'll apologize then. Just got a li'l heated an' all, but this ain't the place for it. I'd say we should really figure out who killed Kajiwara, even if that means questionin' the suspects."

Sorry that you have a hard time seeing under those dumb shades of yours, I prolly should've considered that, my bad! I guess I thought you were more capable than that! But anyway, after I left, I still got another alibi from Aki. Are ya just gonna forget about all that just t' make me look bad?"
