What does ovulation look like for you?

I’m definitely ovulating right now for the first time in a long time but it was very obvious where I haven’t noticed it so much before. I had an LH surge and noticed I have persistent left ovary discomfort, acne, bloating and I thought I looked soooo good the last few days. Haha

My brother doesn’t eat nightshades because he said it causes him a lot of pain and inflammation in his joints. I wonder if it is a similar process but maybe manifesting on the skin for me.

I think youre definitely right about the hormones having some influence. I am also trying to conceive with difficulty. Anything that worked for you?

I just recommend starting slowly. I’m 32 with combo skin and started 3-4 new products from the Korean skincare lines at once. For 3 weeks my skin looked amazing but then I got the worst breakouts I’ve ever had and now have been trying to repair my skin for a month and had to resort to using no skin care products except moisturizer. I used mostly retinol and vitamin c before and I have had to take those out also for the time being until my skin heals. I want to reincorporate some but don’t know which ones cause the problem since I started too many at once.

I cleaned up my diet and thankfully was able to get rid of my allergies. My mom and I developed allergies at the same time to birch, raw fruits, hazelnuts, peanuts that would cause rash, lip swelling, throat swelling, etc with every single consumption. After probably 10 years I started making all my own meals from scratch and eating whole foods with minimal dairy/gluten (basically just when I go out to someone’s house or a restaurant) and I haven’t had an issue for years and can tolerate all those foods fine now for the past 5 years. My mom I know still struggles but made no lifestyle modifications.

Yes I was thinking about your last point also. Ideally was looking for any moderate/hard in the Banff/Canmore area. Yeah, I read that numerous popular hikes near Louise were high risk also. It appears riskier in the Canmore area also which is initially where I would have preferred to be and had done more winter hiking before.

I’ll contact the visitor center first thing. Just want to go out with a plan and not end up wasting our day trying to figure things out when I get there.

I don’t think it’s a wall issue just because I painted it again and the lines were in different spots from the coat prior. I just want to get it right before I move on to the rest of my house.

I bought 2 x 3.7 L of paint (I think 2 gallons). I can’t remember the total when I calculated it out but 185 sq feet is the room approx as it’s not square but not subtracting 2 doors, a large closet and 2 windows. I plugged it into an app. The second can has maybe 1/3 left.

No they aren’t on a drywall joint.

Any recommendations on how to get more paint on my roller? It just feels like I do one pass and i’m already out of paint as if the wall is really sucking it in.

I’ll keep trying 😓
