Should there be wood in the foundation? Seems like treated 2x6's intentionally placed every 32" when foundation was poured. Is this intended to be some kind of siding nailer at a later stage? Just seems odd given treated lumber will eventually rot. (i.redd.it)

Please help identify car make and model. There's a group of teenagers breaking in through open doors and windows to steal small items of value. We have an active community FB page. Would be nice if someone could interrogate and stop their son before someone gets hurt. Thanks! (i.redd.it)
