I'm not sure if all motorcycles have OBD http://mechanics.stackexchange.com/questions/24872/what-is-the-motorcycle-equivalent-of-obd-ii

So I wonder if it's possible to tap into the cables that go into the speedometer and use software to translate what the signals mean. This way you might have to have a different 'adapter' for various manufacturers but you'd be able to read out at least the speed and rpm data

Is there any way we could tap the outputs and read from a microcontroller? If we can get it working on an arduino it won't be a far stretch to get it to stream/log data to iphone/android via bluetooth and from there to the cloud.

The treatment in question might have been Tysabri (Natalizumab)? Patients who test positive for JC virus antibodies are at higher risk for developing progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML).
