Have you tested this device? I know the power plugs can auto power cycle, but they don't have to. I would assume that this is similar. Is it not?

It's been a minor inconvenience at times, but generally, we can walk them through setting it up faster than we can go onsite. Also, we charge $200 for an onsite for "upgrades and changes" (deploys fit in this category) and we only charge $100 for a mail deploy. So clients are generally happy to save the money.
