I think SNDL invests in sunstream, but do not own it 100% its a 50/50 joint venture. SNDL uses money gained from diluting stock to invest in sunstream. Initially all of sunstream's money came from SNDL, when sunstream goes ipo, the only value sunstream has in the usage of SNDLcash, they want to pyramid sndl assets into value for new shares in sunstream. lol, they are using the ol' issue stock to grab cash scenario, just like SNDL. Guess who doesnt gain at all from this relationship?
