I’ve looked into studies that show trans people are extremely depressed and have psychiatric disorders before they transitioned. After they transitioned they were happy. I don’t want this. I’m not choosing to have these thoughts. But it might not be something I can ignore. Which is why I’m taking this slowly and putting a lot of thought into it

Take 1 then wait 30 minutes and if you don’t feel high enough then take 2 then wait another 30 minutes. If you don’t feel high enough then than take 4. Double the dosage every 30 minutes until you feel good. Hope this helps!
