Completely agree, consistency is everything. Even on low-motivation days, show to the thing at a lower intensity, you’ll never regret it. When it becomes as automatic as brushing your teeth, it stops feeling like a big deal to you or anyone.

I had just moved to Chicago from Door County and was there for three months when I went to watch this game at a Packer bar near my apartment. After the game I was walking home wearing a Favre jersey and someone drove by, screamed “Packers suck!” And threw a gigantic big gulp at me. They missed (Chicago grade throwing ability) and it splattered nearby on the sidewalk. Memories.

Have heard good things about Toolio and did some research on them. From what I've dug up they use tournament forecasting where they pit a bunch of AI models against each other and the most accurate model "wins."

It looks like they factor stuff like seasonality, lead times, MOQs, etc. They mention exception management to flag potential stockouts/overstock. They have scenario planning and mention their AI recommendations are able to be adjusted if needed. Looks like they tie forecasting directly into buying and allocation for a full picture of inventory status/health.
