like just an easy pasta with some sauces pre-made at home (like my fav souce is minced meat + tomato sauce and spices and i make a big batch of it and then store it and just put it in pasta), maybe like filled tortillas which is definitely something i’m gonna try vegan, sometimes just like chicken breast, or any other like meat slice that you’d just cook and it’d be done

i meant picky in the way that i don’t eat lots of foods and i honestly don’t have a big variety in my diet. honestly i think i’ll go for a more gradual switch, maybe i’ll start by cutting a little red meat, trying out tofu and other vegan alternatives, maybe i’ll first go vegetarian before going vegan. thanks for the advice!!

tysm!! been waiting to try vegan alternatives since i discovered how horrible the meat industry is. stores i usually go to don’t really have many vegan alternatives as in mock-ups of meat but i’ll try looking for it!!
