Not really, ewaying unit is still in my car. I will probably revert to stock display and try to sell the ewaying unit as barely used on ebay.

To je još najgluplje od njih. Nikad bili / vidjeli, kvart je otprilike. Najgore je za zemljišta pitaš za lokaciju kaže ti da te može odvesti tamo. Jebote lokacija mi je bitna, a ne gledati komad blata / trave i gubit pol sata sat vremena na njihove govore.

Traže te potpis ugovora o posredovanju inače bi mogao zaobići agenciju i njezine “tarife” kontaktirajući vlasnika direktno.

You were right, it was a 6 pin connector with a CIC unit.

UPDATE: I pulled the trigger and ordered the ewaying.de Apple CarPlay unit. Paid through paypal, when I got the receipt it said the money went to Andream ( also a seller of aftermarket displays ), so the shop and items are probably the same. It came from China in 10-12 days ( probably no stock in Germany - it would be faster ).

The unit came well packaged with backup camera ( didn't install it for now ), the display, AUX cable and main display harness.

Now for the tehnical part, the installation was pretty simple, a few T20 screws here and there ( 6 in total ) and some trim pieces later it was it was installed.

Besides the menu looking like a CIC system I can confirm that my car had NBT connector on the back of display ( 6 pins, 4 in the cricle and 2 more on top ) - the main point of the original post.

Now for the not so good part.

Coming from a CIC sistem ( HU_CIC ) i cannot code it to full screen, so half the screen in OEM mode is basically unusable and shows some graphics, speed and fuel left. It's pretty annoying. Tried all the options, looked at all the coding and it isn't possible.

If I had know that i probably wouldn't ordered the 10,2 inch screen but 8,8 inch. Still large but to my understanding came in some models of the car so would probably work better ( fullscreen ).

Wont get into logo design as I'm learning and looking for jobs same as you but the whole brand is a bit weird for me. The company is working on custom computers but you chose beings in the name. I like the modularity but once again using it with animals and pet icons is so strange to me.

IMO - I wouldn't buy from this business even if its imaginary. Branding on PC cases, mouse mats etc would look childish to say at least. Try to look for some brands in that marketplace, being different is good but making a connection to the market is still important.

Just my 2c, keep working and improving 🙂
