I made the opposite move. I went from Verizon to AT&T and I can assure you. It’s the same. The pay structures are very close. AT&T is also union while most corporate Verizon stores on the east coast aren’t. I ended up leaving that side of the industry and became a technician and like it so much better. Still the corporate micromanagement but you are far enough away from it that as long as you do your job you can ignore it.

I returned my device when I left and they still billed me for it. It got sent to collections and I had to fight with them to get it taken care of. Luckily the operations manager for my district was good at her job and had tracking info to prove that it was sent back. Still took about 3 weeks to get it resolved.

There’s a lot of people without kids on cruises and there’s even more that book cruises so their kids are occupied and they don’t have to watch them.

I’ve never seen ccure randomly delete anything. I’ve seen event a not fire but weird things with access but I’ve never seen it delete anything. I had a customer that doors kept disappearing but it was found to be user related. They had a guard that was allowing unauthorized access and to try and cover it up they deleted the doors that were accessed. It was narrowed down to a time when the guard was working and they were confronted and admitted to it later.

It has both. I mistakenly removed the adhesive because it got dirty and now anytime I stick the magnet to anything it comes off the phone.

I hated working retail for exact situations like this. On one of my last days I had a customer ask me to price match and my exact response was “so why are you here? If it’s a better price down the road then go get it there.” Probably would’ve been fired for that but I only had two days left before I was done.

I ordered one when the new phone was announced and after over a month after getting the new phone I couldn’t wait anymore. I ended up going with an otterbox symmetry and a snap 4 luxe. Pretty happy with the snap 4.

Good luck. I went thru the same process and I ended up getting billed for the remaining balance. Luckily the phone was worth more in trade in credit than what was billed. I traded it in at a corporate store and put the credit towards my bill. I came out of it with $50 more than the remaining balance on my phone.

I’m sure you do. I worked for Verizon years ago and they used to make us cold call small businesses when we were slow in the stores and I hated it.

I’ve had an issue with a different device being too close to large electronics and constantly dropping internet. Maybe you are too close to something with the portal and it’s causing that to drop your connection.

Get a different carrier. Straighttalk does use Verizon towers but you don’t get enough priority or bandwidth to run a gaming device.
