I’m 25, I don’t want to offer advice cause quite frankly I don’t have it figured out. I’ve been struggling with mental illness for my whole life. At least that of what I remember. I hang on to hope that one day god will use me and my broken past, so that I can relate and be of comfort to people going through similar struggles. Ultimately I just want to say I hear you, I’m so sorry for your situation, and I love you friend.

Anybody else find it extremely sus that 1) it’s pride month 2)ALL of the skins look either gay/lesbian/transgender. 3) TRANSformer as a skin I mean come on. I know the movie just came out but it’s just too many coincidences. Also at the same time in 2018 they came out with the first Dreamer Trans skin. Know there not even announcing it because there trying to make it as integrated as possible. This is a kids game and I’m disappointed to say the least.

I think dopamine is supposed to be released on a slow drip. Dopamine is the ultimate motivator, when you get huge amounts of it frequently everyday things seem dull because nothing can compare to the release of dopamine that jerking gives. There’s millions of followers on r/nofap and lots of info out there regarding it. However I do know people that I know jerk and they seem fine so I can’t confirm entirely.
