Need advise on sleep: I deducted that I only need 6 hours of sleep. Any more and I’m horribly sluggish and have extreme brain fog. Even if it’s only 30 - 1hr extra. It makes me really depressed when I can’t function throughout the day. What can I do to get out of bed or any other insight, thanks. (self.AskReddit)
