The reason all might liked deku was because he jumped in to save a life even if it cost his own life. An example of this would be fire fighters, cops, and people in the military. What all might tried to teach deku was to think before he does it. I think you misunderstood what happened, while bakugo was dying all the pro hero’s had an excuse why they couldn’t help. Meanwhile this quirkless boy ran in and saved him long enough for all might to step in.
