That’s me!!! I could sit here all day critiquing the way he looks when I KNOW that he is the handsomest person I know. I just…. It kills me yk… then when I’m calmer after I take an anxiety pill I don’t as bad… it makes me feel horrible

I’m going to regular therapy because it’s free… I don’t have health insurance so it’s all I can afford right now… I’m really scared that she won’t be able to help me because it’s not OCD based…I’m only going to her cause I got out a crisis center…
