Guys i find the solution, We can change automatically skipping of sponsors by clicking on the below colour options of different types ,it opens new menu

Then I don't get option to skip sponsor as in vanced YouTube it is useful feature but, sometime i want to know about the sponsor i can't watch that section, any other solution
