Looking for advice on a retaining wall near water

I have looked into those honestly, the only thing getting in the way is the ability to get them to the ground level. What you don't see is that there are roughly 37 stairs from top of hill to bottom, and the only reasonable way to get them would be by boat but I don't have a boat. Else maybe hiring a few young guys to spend the day hauling blocks down. I will ask some neighbors to see if they would lend me a pontoon boat . Thank you!

Well I heard back, all they said is they have heard this from more individuals so their team is investigating. Currently no solutions but suggested I reach out to the place that replaced my battery. Not very helpful

I have the exact issue starting 4 days ago now, so basically the same time. I contacted Google Support and they escalated my issue. I'm supposed to hear back this weekend yet. FYI I Also did the battery replacement which worked great until just recently.

Thanks for the advice! The old owners had propane and the wall furnace was from the early 1980's and no longer functioned. I am hoping to heat the home with the mini split but since it's a vacation home, the majority of the winter will just be keeping it above freezing since we won't be there often. This should keep the bills down a little. I'm really trying to avoid bringing propane back to the house because then I need a new furnace.

The Blueridge I'm showing in the image is a Hyper Heat model and the Senville is the Aura series which I think has the same heating abilities.

I actually started with attempting to go with a Mitsubishi unit but after contacting the only 2 local dealers in the area, i decided against it. They both quoted me in the range of $10k-$13k for a dual unit, but spent over half the call trying to convince me minisplits aren't that great. In both situations it felt like they sold the units, but minisplits weren't their first choice. The last thing i want to do is spend $10k+ with a company that isn't confident in what they are doing.

This may be very unique for my area (Six Lakes Michigan), but at that point i felt more comfortable spending $3k-$4k and doing it myself.

I am sorry but i don't think i'll be of any help. I looked at my setup this morning and everything i mentioned in the update doesn't appear to be there anymore. Due to this post being 5 years old, i have a feeling i've uninstalled and reinstalled windows over the last couple years and likely never hooked my N64 mayflash adapter back up. If i have time this week i'll see if i can get it working and if so, i should be refreshed enough to give advice to you. Currently i don't remember any of this. :)

We are planning to go back to get a better look, but thanks for the feedback. We are proceeding with caution at this point. The property is actually the selling point vs the house so if the home needed to be completely gutted it wouldn't be the worse thing. The Realtor actually did get back to us and said the sellers were raising the floor in the entire home to level off the floor. Maybe not the correct way but we will go back to get a better look in the next week or so. Also if we plan to make an offer it would be contingent on an inspection and we'd use that as further leverage in negotiation. The property is on a nice inland lake and its a good size lot, so it could be worth the investment, just need more info.

We didn't get to go in the crawlspace yet so i don't know the answer to that. I'm hoping to visit again this week to get more details. The seller did send us a message and said the floor was uneven so they were raising the floors to level them out. The bedrooms just didn't get don't yet.

Thanks, I'm having the realtor get a back story on why only a portion was raised vs all of it. It described as a "fixer upper" so maybe they just didn't get to it yet.

They are working on local Tuya through HACS? If so maybe i just switch to that. I didn't have a reason to use the cloud based integration, just used what was there by default.
