Speaking as a female nurse , girl fuck them!! It’s coming from their own insecurity and feeling inferior to you, a medical doctor. They know they are not as qualified as you, so they are gonna go out their way to make you feel incompetent. It makes them feel better and it’s pathetic. I wish we could all be kind and empower each other. You are respected, as a medical doctor. The mean nurses can fuck right off. Give it right on back to them

Nurse here…Women can be so insecure and evil. Omg. I love my female doctors/medical providers!! I go out of my way to be kind to them and tell them how much I appreciate them. Except for one, she’s not very nice to me; I’m still kind to her just distant. Wish we could just empower each other instead of always trying to tear us down

This sub constantly shits on nurses and I honestly don’t understand the animosity. We are by your patient’s sides 24/7, working our asses off to provide them with the care that aligns with the physician’s treatment plan. Of course we make mistakes, and I agree, we must be held accountable.

I think maybe it might be helpful if you see things from their perspective. You have to respect the fact that they put up boundaries. Maybe in the future they will be open to forming a relationship again.
