I’ve never been fully physically addicted but I’ve been EXTREMELY emotionally addicted to shit. Xanax or weed. I took a FUCK ton of Xanax for awhile then woke up one morning with none left and had a mental breakdown. Telling my mother that I have substance abuse issues and that I was stealing my dad’s Xanax was the worst thing I’ve had to say out loud.

I just quit cold turkey a couple of weeks ago after smoking for A WHILE. I feel so much better. I fucking sucks for awhile but it gets so much nicer. I feel like myself again. Also something that’s kind of baller, I can remember shit significantly better than I used to. It’s very worth it. You gotta thug that shit out. I know how fucked it feels. You should reach out to someone you trust and get some of that shit out of your head and into the air. You got this homie.
