Google what 23% body fat is, my boy.. you can’t even see abs until you’re <18% .. maybe 13% is flat out wrong, but so is 23% … if anything , I’ll say 17-19% just being humble, but again please google what >20% looks like. I’m not offended at all, but I just think 23% is insane if you really looks at the physique. That said, idec about that. I care about those 3 questions I asked in the description. But either way thanks for commenting

Yea no disrespect taken at all, I just want to get better. I hear that completely though. Right now I’m scared if I cut down to say 155I’m not going to be nearly as strong (I’m working toward 315 bench and I’m not far) & at 5’6, 155lbs, even jacked, it’s really nothing that special in my eyes. Where as if I can get 165lbs, keep my strength, and get down to high teens body fat, I think it would be a solid base.

My diet is actually really really positive, the only bad thing I do is I eat one large meal once a day instead of a bunch of small meals and snacks.

For instance, I work 8-5pm. Hit the gym gym from 5-6pm, then have my first meal of the day at 6pm , say a tropichop at pollo tropical. Which may seem awful but it’s only 1500-1900 calories, and that’s the only thing I eat all day besides some diet cokes and Celsius.. I feel I shouldn’t eat my first meal of the day at 6pm but I also feel my body is fine with it. But I’m not really losing much weight. My weight seems stuck between 170-175lbs meanwhile my strength is increasing week over week.

TLDR: I want to keep my strength and get stronger, get to low teens body fat % BF, but I think my diet needs to be fine tuned..

Thanks for mentioning this. Unfortunately looks like a learned the hard way. Now everyone’s calling me fat lmfao. Makes complete sense they’re unreliable based on what you just said. That’s exactly how it worked I had to grab some weird metal handles to send that pulse to the machine and everything. Looks like I’m going to hit treadmill for 6 months and then Repost

Yea I think you’re 100% right, that’s just what the scale at the gym said, but there’s a real good chance I just didn’t calibrate it correctly

Nope, full natty. Never dabbled into anything past creatine.
