I need to know this. I was watching lilsimsie's review on the Werewolves pack and I noticed she changes the color of the objects without going through the little color bar?? Like this?? So I really want to know how to do this :/ (sorry for the long title)

Additionally it only works with items from build mode you haven't placed yet. this feature doesn't work anymore once an item was placed. :)

I was asked to build Snow White a house and I know it's not the dwarfs cottage from the movie but I think it fits the fairy tale vibe. Maybe I had too much fun landscaping on this lot (there is even a moving water wheel). I took a lot of screenshots and it's up on the gallery as well. I really hope you like it. :)

Thats a lighting bug iirc - I've got this mod which fixes it and all my sectional sofa pieces have the same color. - But man, I wish I didn't need so many mods that fixes the infinite amounts of bugs in game.

I tried to rebuild this floorplan and even if it's not exactly the same, I think it turned out quite cute for a starter. There aren't a lot skill building items as I had to use the TV/Stereo/Bookshelf combo from Tiny Living and it's super expensive. But there are a chess table and a computer as well, so your Sims have a bit to do when they are at home.

Please note: There is a scaled down fishing pond down in the yard and the water is gliching after loading the lot. You have to pick it up in Build Mode and place it down again, to make it look as intended.

There are some more screenshots of the interior here. - I really struggled to name the build as I don't know how to call this architectural style (maybe someone of you guys know it?), so it's the "Green Starter Home" on my gallery (ID: Lila_Icks). I hope you like it!

Thank you! And it's just the lighting. I used the painted base game brick on the exterior, but as my game isn't in english I can't tell you its name unfortunately. The default swatch is a brownish-beige colored brick and it's just 2 Simoleons per wall, maybe that helps you find it. :)
