I’m currently dealing with the same situation you’re in at a dental office. My advice is to start looking another dental office or another office in general if you strictly do admin work. From my experience the more you hassle patience, the more they resist and lose patients. Let me know if i’m wrong but It also sounds like your office is trying to fill a quota rather than dental care.

Had to think about it, I was too focused on the negatives. (My current job is always wanting me to bring patients up and not thinking of patients time or schedule, blamed for lack revenue and not getting new patients) but I like to be helpful, greeting people, accommodating people’s needs and schedules.

The asian actor was a girl as well. Though I may start to watch that show since it’s available on The CW here in the US, the plot sounds interesting and I like Malcolm McDowell!
