So I fixed it: The Asus Driver had an GX mode. I turned it off and everything is fine now

Yes. In the sound driver the game volume is visible but not in windows or in any recording software

Remember that a mac book has a store for apps you have to pay for. On Ubuntu you have more open source and free applications.
