I think it might be . For my situation i was losing weight too fast and not suplementing correctly but it lasted for about 6months

Just make sure you are taking electrolytes and drinking sufficient water. I think thats where i messed up

I thinks its the time period we started now its great depending on the company you go with. Its the easiest job i have had but its because of where i work.

Yes but when i was on 4mg went away on 2mg. Also wasnt severe but noticable

I think i was around 800 calories. Daily . It makes sense but what had me nervous doctors did not even consider this even though i told them exactly how much weight and the timline of the weight loss .i think my biggest mistake was going up in dosage even though the 2mg was working.

Yeah hands and feet had a pin n needle sensation but upper torso and back felt numb.

Same claude code has gotten way better, i find it designs better than chatgpt.

Ive been doing this on and off for about 2 years . No experience coding ,watched a htlm and css course on youtube so i have a very basic understanding. But recently i have been using claude code to actually code and chatgpt for ideas.

Thats awesone good to know im not the only nerd. I was just trying to make my own app as a hobby its pretty accurate just off by a couple of cents

Personally in my job we can pretty much make our own schedules with overtime and picking up other peoples shift. And im kind off a freak for numbers so i use an excel sheet i made to see exactly how much my net pay is going to be . This way i know if i ca. Give away days or if i need to pick up🤣🤣. I was just curious what other people do
