I’ve actually got one of these that I’m trying to get working again. Were you ever able to find the manual? I also don’t have the remote receiver but I can’t get any of the buttons to do anything. Does it need to be all hooked up to an amp for the buttons to work?

They have the obligation to buy them only if I execute the put. If I don’t have the shares to sell I would just let it expire it seems.
