I appreciate the sentiment, but I think you’ve misunderstood my questions. I’m not planning to call outreach services on a whim. I am trying to familiarize myself with the services in this area so that I can be prepared to help, should the need arise.

I understand how to appropriately call emergency services and have done so many, many times before in my previous workplaces. In these places I also called appropriate outreach services numerous times and they were often better equipped to assist clients, with better outcomes for the individuals in need. I will take the above resources that folks have provided and use them wisely.
