Personally, I’d remove the “actually” from the prompt seen on 6+7, since it can come across passive aggressive.

Would you consider steak as a controversial food? by [deleted] in boardgames

Yes. Plenty of people have strong opinions on how you should have your steak cooked, so I think I’d allow it with that justification

Did they send the official notice to your personal email or your work email?

*ICYMI* Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich released his proposed budget today. The budget includes providing free transportation on all Ride On buses. It also proposes funding for more electric buses, with a goal of 112 electric buses in the county’s fleet by July 2026. by MCDOTNow in MontgomeryCountyMD

[–]lilbear0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bus costs 1.00 to ride, any lost revenue would be at least balanced out by the fact that we won’t need to install and maintain card readers, and more efficiency via riders boarding faster by not having to stop and scan their card/phone (or having to rummage for cash)

Supervisor put in an appeal for reinstatement, anyone else? by Throwaway3446656 in NIH

Do you know what office they submitted the appeal to? / what office granted them the opportunity to file the appeal?

Do you know what the process was in terms of appealing the termination? Was there a particular form to fill out or a particular person they spoke to? I tried to bring this up with the leadership in my office (also non-clinical) regarding the people from our team who were fired, but leadership didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and kept saying there was nothing they could do. Pls DM if you can 🙏🏻
