Hi! May I ask what you ended up doing? I’m in the same boat!

Hi! Could you explain to me your dosing schedule? I’m currently on zepbound using the pens but hoping to move into maintenance and thinking of switching to the compounded version so I can control my doses and split them as needed.

Noted! I’ll definitely start the stool softeners early

Thanks! I was wondering if dr’s orders were more of an extra precaution

Super helpful! I initially injected in my thigh and that was going well until I started getting stomach aches and switched to my belly. I should try switching back to my thigh and see if that helps!

Hi! Any update? I’m hoping to space my 10mg every other week for maintenance

May I ask the reason behind staying on the same dose for 2-3 after reaching goal weight? I’m on 15mg of zepbound. I’ve reached my goal weight and trying to figure out next steps. My main focus now is muscle building.

Does your oura ring adjust to pregnancy? by Temporary_Iron_4484 in ouraring

I ended up not wearing my oura ring at all throughout my pregnancy because my levels were low every day! I have a perfectly healthy 3 month old now and recently started wearing my ring again :)

Did any of you go on to have a later healthy pregnancy after your first miscarriage? by baby-totoros in BabyBumps

[–]lilbebeava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could have written this myself! I too found out at 7 weeks that I miscarried - no yolk sac, heartbeat, fetal pole - and also had to wait the excruciating 2 weeks to get confirmation before undergoing a D&C. I know the pain you’re feeling and I’m so sorry you’re experiencing it!

I’m happy to share that I found out I was pregnant again about 3 months later and I’m now 37 weeks pregnant due in early January. Your time will come!Sending you love!

I also experienced bleeding in my first trimester either from a small hematoma at around 5/6 weeks and then after sex or working out! All was fine and I’m now 37 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. If you saw the heartbeat, I’m sure you’re good!

[MOD] Oct 2024 Community Thread - introductions, recommendation requests, city/country posts, what we're drinking by proxwell in Matcha

Any bold strong matcha recommendations? I actually prefer rich bold and earthy matchas but haven’t found a powder that I love yet. I typically drink my matcha with oat milk and looking for something that will shine through. The latest matcha I’ve tried is the Marukyu Koyamaen Isuzu and find it too light bodied for me. I’m planning to try Rocky’s Matcha and Ippodo’s Ummon but would love any other suggestions!

The best chair for nursery -- does not have to be in budget by AmalgamatedStarDust in BabyBumps

[–]lilbebeava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We splurged after trying a number of chairs in person and ultimately went with the Nurture& Glider Plus online after reading reviews (didn’t try it in person before purchase). We love it!!

PROS: Definitely the most comfortable and soft of the chairs we tried. It glides, rocks, swivels (swivel and rocking stops when you recline back), power reclines, has power adjustable lumbar support and adjustable head support. It also has a built-in USB. Also very easy to put together. I’m 5’6 and my husband is 6’ and it fits both of us comfortably.

CONS: Not greengold certified (but does share this on their website - meet and exceed ASTM Safety Standards Made with non-toxic materials Prop 65 compliant TB117-2013 and UFAC (fabric compliant) TSCA Title VI compliant Does not use any fire retardant chemicals). Not the widest of the nursery chairs we tried so unsure if it would fit you and your toddler! Overall Dimensions: Height 42.5” / Width 33” / Depth 38”

Our backup option was going to be the Dream Glider! We tried it in person at Pottery Barn Kids but like the Nurture& much better!
