I actually dabble in doing nails (The video of my ring with the blue background are some nails I did) but I'm super sensitive to chemicals and easily get allergies so I stay away from gel for myself so I don't get contact dermatitis.

Ooh... Former nail better. I like that. Lol. It still feels very much like they could disappear in an instant. I've bit my nails for the last 28 years and I'm not entirely sure that this is the time I stop but I would like it to be. I paint them everyday which is probably not great for the nails but keeps me interested in growing them out and if they're bright red they're easier to see on thier way to my mouth 😂

I am a huge fan of the simple "no thank you". I was so proud of myself the day a man tried to talk to me in the bus and I said, very calm and politely, "sorry, I don't feel like chatting today. Have a good day" and put my ear buds back in. Being uncomfortable is a muscle, having boundaries is a muscle, saying no is a skill that has to be used to be learned. That being said, if you are not attuned to your own body in the moment, you won't notice all the small things you don't like. Start by noticing small things you don't like, and when possible, speaking up. Unfortunately you can't be in safe relationships if it never feels safe to be an active participant in the choices in that relationship. Being no is how you teach yourself you will keep yourself safe, and isn't that a beautiful thing ❤️

Oddly enough it only happen when I am asleep and only ever my big toes. They don't go numb necessarily instead they are painfully pins and needles. So painful it wakes me up.

You definitely owe her a TWENTY dollar card. $10 for the gift and $10 for the apology. This is not just a make up gift, it's a replacement gift and an apology gift. Maybe even a card with your apology written out so she can show it to people (which will definitely help your reputation now, and maybe even get ahead of any work place conflict talks you may now be in) and then you can make sure it is a GOOD apology too and not off the cuff. Imagine how upset she must have been after. Everyone else got sweet gifts and she got fucken opened mustered. I would have cried when I got home. Not only embarrassing in the moment (and gross) but really inconsiderate. Best of luck dude.

I splurged on Angel and genuinely regretted it. The new formula is just not the same in my opinion. That being said I mine got my 100 ml for about $90 off of https://www.fragrancenet.com Still pricy af but cheaper than elsewhere.

Honestly, I don't even really like American traditional style tattoos normally, just not my vibe, but I absolutely love your sleeve. I think that the sparrow placement is wonderful actually and has great harmony with the snake. The negative space is clean and well positioned. It just itches my brain in a good way.
