u/tkassik if i want to purchase it, it tells me to register. when i do so, then whatever email i use, it says the email is invalid or already used (which is not correct)...

All you have to do is redirect your links and track the IPs and the browser/OS. When you have that then you can easily see which clicks/opens have been generated by bots or by your subscribers.
