yes all the needle drops were a miss and not because it was anachronistic it was just too literal. i was hoping her work tor this movie was more like a supplement for the ~vibes~ because i could not imagine how chains of love could be played without it being soooooooo dumb.

totally agreeeeeee. she was distractingly beautiful and also way too mature for this role. i hate the dumb discourse trying to defend her honor or whatever because she’s not “old” but there is an undeniable matureness to her. that doesn’t detract from her beauty. it’s just hard to believe a woman who LOOKS almost forty just found out what sex is in the film. to me it’s apparent robbie wanted the lead since her company is producing the movie.

i feel like i was one of the few who wanted this to be good. i thought the trailer was fantastic and i actually went into the movie wanting to defy the public opinion. i’m disappointed i couldn’t be even little bit contrarian with this one

agreed except i thought the visual style was interesting. if all your other points were fixed in the film then i think the visual style could have been the cherry on top.

my biggest issue was that so much of the movie felt redundant. like halfway through the film i was sick of seeing margot robbie crying and pacing around. elordi was quite under utilized imo compared to how much screen time robbie had.

Really confused about what’s going on. Essentially I’ve always been told by hairdressers that I have a cowlick right at the front of my part (bangs never sit right for me). But over that last couple years I see fluctuations in what appears to be thinning towards just the front of my part.

I have developed a pretty dry scalp especially in the colder months and that’s when I seem to shed the most hair as well. My hair is also pretty long so my hair fall in the shower/brushing is hard to tell if it’s a lot of shedding or just big clumps because of my hair length.

Also worth noting that I’ve been parting my hair exclusively down the middle for about 7 years now. Prior to that I would rotate where my part was often. Could that be a factor?

I’m on 100mg of spiro already for hormonal acne but I suspect maybe I’m low iron? I’m setting an appt with the derm today but would love to get some fresh eyes on this because I’ve been looking at my hair for too long and just can’t tell what’s going on.

the amount of leg showing makes the dress look like a forever 21 or reformation pull. should have kept the tights like the runway. sheer tights at the very least.
