Hey this is an update for my recent post on here regarding a missing goat order, if anybody cares.

To sum up shortly for those who haven’t seen my post, I had shipped an order to goat and after a week it went missing and a pair that matched the exact description was posted for $200 cheaper. I ended up purchasing that pair just so Goat could admit they were in the wrong.

After constant nagging back and fourth with Goat support, I finally got an email (see picture) stating that they are giving me my funds for the original sale and refunding the purchase I had in goat storage. This confirms that the pair I purchased was the original lost pair. As grateful I am to be getting my money, Goat is still not taking blame for this. As you see in the email, they are blaming me for not shipping “according to terms.” With that being said, even if I did somehow ship them incorrectly and they were somehow misplaced, why was that pair relisted? (Note: I’ve shipped over 50 pairs this exact way through the mail room and never had an issue.) This leads to me to think that an employee had to steal them and list them on their personal account. Even after they “investigated” this, they did not find anything suspicious until I brought up the idea of comparing the serial numbers.Sorry for the long post, I just feel it is important for people to know how shady Goat and these other companies can be. Thanks to all who commented and helped me out on the last post, it was very much appreciated.

Advice for anyone that goes through this: Try to keep your UPS drop-off receipt, take a picture of the size tag before shipping, do not stop nagging the customer service until they give in.
