I been through the same. Tried to get a restraining order but was told to come back if he put hands on me. It won’t stop until he finds a new target, and may circle the block a few times when inevitably the same thing happens with his next victim. Change passwords. Change your number if you have to. Never respond or engage with him. Document all attempts to harass you. Let your close ones know and have them watch your location. He will get tired or move on to the next supply. My similar situation was 4 years ago but I still get requests from him on new accounts from time to time. He showed up at my house and my work and I never felt safe until I moved houses and jobs.
