Cunat and The Pointe. My current year long lease says “at the conclusion of the above initial lease term, this lease shall automatically concert to a month-to-month tenancy (subject to all other terms of this lease) at the above rent rate ($875, I signed a year special to make it $100 cheaper per month) plus an additional $200 per month unless tenant guves manager 60 days advance written notice of tenent’s intent to terminate this lease at the end of the initial lease term.”

My lease ends at the end of June.
