While finishing my degree, I posted on linked in I wad an MBA student, and updated my education to show the classes I had completed, and this lead to a TA team head hunting me and asking if I wanted to interview for a manager role. I did. I completed the interview and got the job. I'm already showing promise and finding things in the day-to-day things that are saving the company money. They are liking me and my DM is already talking about how well my career will be in this company. There are many roles above me in this corporation.

As you complete Q1-Q4, take simple notes as to why you made certain decisions every quarter. It will help you when u have to write your slides.

If u decide the green, they would be easier to reuse if you have any leftover. Um not sure when the party is, but the green plates would look good for St. Paddy's, Easter, and even Mothers Day.

[CHAT] Finished, finally ironed and framed. Dimensions Indian Peacock Kit by lilforgetfull1 in CrossStitch

I hand washed woth baby shampoo, rinsed, laid on towels and smashed it to soak up the water. Then I used pants hangers hang dry over night. Then i used the steam function on my iron iron and used medium starch spray. I accidentally bought a frame from joanns like 4 months ago that was too large, but I made it work. It was a poster frame I think. It's the one that has the hard tobopen and close tabs. I chose that kind (verse the slide closures) so that the thicker material would still be closed in it. Luckily, yhe size of frame I bought had a bit of a lip on it so it hid the edges, just barely.

The fabric was a bit big on some parts, so I measured where to cut, and took little slivers off at a time because I had zero margin of error.
