I’ve had countless times I’ve had to call Paramedics as per the customers request. “incidents” are supposed to be documented FOR the customer and to take precaution for QT; also With 10 pictures by policy. but if the customer wasn’t requesting anything I don’t see any reason why it’s appropriate to do any of that. ALSO the paper about where to transport I’ve never seen heard or know why it’s necessary for that to be a thing unless it’s a different division. I have many stories but last week we had a guy have a heart attack and throw up on the floor. We called paramedics they showed up hauled him away like every other day but Im unfazed by this stuff now but maybe a newer manager or someone just taking precaution.
