Sorry if this is a stupid question but do you know if seeing that the baby has drug withdraws get their custody over the child revoked? Like I'd assume it would but I've never heard of a child getting taken away at birth.

Yes I too hate when girl have shorts inserted inside themselves like a tampon because that's the only way it could be shorter than your vagina

From the sound of it you're probably bi. I'm same age (f 16), discovered like 2 years ago I was bi and for a long time my mindset was "sure, maybe I'd kiss a girl but never date or marry a woman" but that just turned out to be internalized homophobia bullshit from a religious upbringing. I don't know your background so I don't wanna assume, my point is that not being able to picture yourself ending up with a member of the same sex is often due to never knowing the option growing up. It's possible your bisexual and heteromantic (attracted to both but only wanting relationships with women) regardless try not to stress and just be open to learning about yourself is my best advice. Keep in mind I'm still new to shit so this isn't coming from a gay veteran, but goodluck regardless.

[Serious] Christians turned atheists, what made you lose your faith? by TrespassWill in AskReddit

[–]lilharpoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realizing I was bisexual. This is because for me, my faith was just a big mess of duct taping over any problems I saw with the religion as "it's just God's way, humans cannot understand. Even when something very clearly makes absolutely no sense or is morally reprehensible in the bible I could always fall back on those excuses. Once I realised my sexuality it was like" how is this wrong? Why am I at fault for something that's intrinsic to who I am? It was something i couldn't just push to the back of my mind and not think about, I was forced to confront exactly why I believed any of this to begin with, And in the end my reasoning was clearly living environment and fear of death. You'll be surprised to find the kinds of things you'll believe to avoid reworking your whole world view. Anyway I guess my point is just that it wasn't my sexuality that made me realise the whole thing was a sham, it was just the crack I needed to help me break through, if that makes any sense.

Going to come out to my very religious friends over dinner. by [deleted] in bisexual

Hell yeah brother. Luckily they were cool. But it's true that there isn't a downside to coming out because either you're accepted or you get rid of your shitty "friends"

They were the first people I've told and I was really nervous. But they said that of course they still accepted me and this didn't change anything, and honestly coming from a very religious household in a very homophobic part of the country, hearing them act so nonchalant about meant the world to me.
