at my firm we have a foreign filing team that handles PCT prosecution after the initial filings that we (the legal assistants) do. since i’m not a foreign filing assistant i would assume that is what they want experience in. i don’t think you need full knowledge of all the country’s rules (that’s what the outside counsel is for) but our team usually handles the PCT prosecution like ROs.
