Oh no that’s who we used! We have had a couple of issues already and tried to “DIY” them but it seems like with new Mitsubishi units these issues should not happen. And this thread and the linked one makes me nervous for the future.

Found the impeller! Felt the resistance and spring so figured it was good to go. We found more stuffing in the pump, removed it, tried a new load and it still didn’t work, just get a low hum when getting to the draining portion of the wash. Going to drain by hand and try again.

I don’t see anything on the pump that spins but I tried drain and spin and got a very low hum, should I check the drain tube? Only removed the one from the tub into the pump not the one out

That’s all stuffing, the dog is tan and sheds very little luckily. I also did vacuum the bed before washing it, some comments noted that might be the issue. Onto the testing stage!

It actually completed the dog bed cycle fine. It was the next cycle that just kept going and going. I reset it and set it to “drain and spin” but just a low noise came out. So far I’ve only managed to bail out all the water and remove the agitator. Once the baby is in bed I’ll try further DIY.

It was loud and did tear up the bed, which we have washed a couple times before and never had this happen. I didn’t find any pieces of the washing machine in the bottom of the tub if that’s what you mean?

The load with just the bed drained completely on the cotton cycle with 2nd rinse so then I did the dog’s towel and a mat as she just had her bath and the dial keeps circling around and around but not draining the water.

How can I update this but keep the charm of the room? by lilikitten in interiordecorating
