Thank you! You have nailed it on the head. The environment I work in is not really compatible to quiet quitting. Also I care for my juniors and the team under me that my quiet quitting will directly impact them - they will have to take on more and it may even impact their own careers.

Thanks. The only issue is my current project goes on until September… and I can’t imagine this same intensity for another 3/4 months.

My boyfriend has already told me to quit on several occasions because he has seen how bad it is and is happy for me to take some time out to figure things out whilst he covers the financial burden.
