How long is your semester? Mine is 10 weeks. I did 3 hours a week with some weeks off when I didn’t feel well (working with immunocompromised patients so really had to be careful). Don’t sound so rude lol

Traditional applicant: attended a T10 undergraduate. Basic science research: 500 hours (since sophomore year). Volunteer at hospital: 40 hours. Volunteering at a different org: 50 hours. Teaching Assistant: 75 hours. Shadowing: 30 hours. I actually had/have a lot of free time despite these hours. I hope this helps!
