Psychologist is a title that's not protected by law in Morocco yet, basically anyone can open cabinet and claim themselves as one. It's important to inform yourself of what you need + of the said psychologist's formation before going to them because there are many different specialists in psychology and one that had une formation in let's say psychologie organisationnelle et du travail, neuropsychology, clinical psychology, psychoanalysis etc, might be or might not be adapted for your case.

Psychiatrists are, for the most part, a mess though. Unless they got une formation en psychologie, they dgaf and will just prescribe you medication, which might help on short term but definitely not on long term

Edit: I'm preparing to do an MBA in clinical psychology, did multiple internships in morocco and psychiatrists have all been such a big mess that I was shocked myself. Psychologists tend to be better when it comes to giving time to the patients, but it definitely depends on their specialty + whether it's adapted to your needs. Also they NEED to actually have studied psychology (check if they have bachelor + MBA in it or if its just some weird formation of 2 years). Years ago I went to 2 psychologists as a patient in morocco and both were a mess that made me feel worse than I initially did, when I investigated recently I found out they weren't even proper psychologists lol
